We believe in planting the seed of equality amongst children as the prevailing norm is that the social status of women and girls considerably lower than that of men and boys. We strive to challenge the unequal power relations between men and women that pervade all realms of society and contribute to serious gender inequalities across sectors. We understand that gender inequality has been the source of debilitating conditions to the children. As an organisation we believe that gender normative transformation will capacitate targeted children and individuals to actively challenge gender norms, promote positions of social competence in communities, and address power inequities between persons of different genders
